What payment method do you accept?

HAKUSAKU accepts credit card payment through STRIPE

Q2

I don't understand the Japanese description of the item that I am interested in...

Don't worry! Just send the link to HAKUSAKU and she'll explain the description to you if you need any translation. You do have to pay until you are certain about the item and confirm the purchase.

Are there any items that can't be shipped internationally?

Yes, there are items that can't be shipped overseas. Here is a list of some common prohibited items:

  • Flammable items (lighters, perfume, nail polish, spray cans, shock absorbers, etc.)
  • Plants and animals
  • Meat
  • Items that violate Japanese law
  • Currency
  • Air guns
  • Swords (including replicas)
  • Items restricted by the CITES Treaty
  • Adult goods

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation is not allowed once HAKUSAKU has placed an order of your item.
However, in exceptional cases, it might be possible to cancel an order for a 10% cancellation fee from your refund.

Is there a limit in weight or size of the items I buy?

Yes, your items must comply to the size and weight limits imposed by Japan Post:

How do I track my package?

Once the packaging and shipping fee have been settled, your package will be passed on to the carrier and its online tracking number will be available on your account interface. You can check your package's using the Japan Post Track and Trace Service.
